WEAPONS: Knives, the occasional gun, martial arts, a very very high metabolism that allows him to ingest large amounts of alcohol without getting seriously, mind-fuckingly drunk.
INFO: A British-born, Chinese-raised assassin...who also happens to be a transvestite, and a heavy drinker. His motives for working with the Police Department are unknown, though some speculate it's all for the money, some speculate it's to get at the criminal Mikake Daoshi, and some say it's just some perverse sort of justice. But whatever the case, his formula somehow manages to work!
...On the side, he's also a cosplayer and a soulful crooner. (He'd even gladly sing a tune with Bahnoir if need be.)

Put a lot more effort into this one, and I love the result...even if it looks like a tamer Poison, hahaha.
